A good photo makes a difference.
What should be visible in my photo?
For tops and jackets, include your head, shoulders, torso and waist. For skirts, trousers and dresses, use a full-body photo that clearly shows your legs. A close-up face selfie does not show enough of the body to visualise those garments reliably.
How should I stand?
Face the camera in good, even lighting. Keep your arms slightly away from your body, avoid covering your outfit with bags or objects, and use a simple background. The result depends on the photo, the garment and the selected AI model.
Can I take a photo with my camera?
Yes. Select Take photo and allow camera access when your browser asks. You can preview the camera before taking the photo. Camera availability depends on your device, browser and permissions.
Will it tell me which size fits?
No. DrapeFit creates an outfit visualisation. It does not measure your body, recommend a size or guarantee fit. Colours, details, body proportions and garment shape may differ from reality.
Why does generation take a while?
Your request joins the AI provider’s queue. When capacity is available, the provider generates the image. The fitting room checks progress automatically; you do not need to submit again while it is processing.
What happens to my photo?
Your photo is processed to create the try-on, including by the configured AI provider as described in the fitting room consent notice. DrapeFit uses temporary files and makes results available for a limited time. Read the consent information shown before submitting.
